The goal of the interview process is to ensure candidates are evaluated consistently across technical skills, delivery experience, team fit, and alignment with Polaris values.

How you operate in a client environment, managing projects and stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, working with a team, and owning outcomes.

The real work. Salesforce, HubSpot, RevOps architecture, integrations and automation, and how you troubleshoot. Less trivia, more how you actually solve problems.

A conversation with our founder, Cliff Simon. He’ll assess cultural fit, ownership, and where you’d grow with us. If it’s a fit, we move fast on an offer.
