How We Hire

We don’t believe in hiring mystery or endless rounds. We run the same efficient, practical process for every applicant, consisting of four conversations. The goal of the interview process is to ensure candidates are evaluated consistently across technical skills, delivery experience, team fit, and alignment with Polaris values.

Here’s exactly what to expect.

Initial Screening

A quick first conversation about your background, what you’re looking for, and whether the role’s a fit. Logistics and timing too.

Delivery & Team

How you operate in a client environment, managing projects and stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, working with a team, and owning outcomes.

Technical Assessment

The real work. Salesforce, HubSpot, RevOps architecture, integrations and automation, and how you troubleshoot. Less trivia, more how you actually solve problems.

04

Final Interview

A conversation with our founder, Cliff Simon. He’ll assess cultural fit, ownership, and where you’d grow with us. If it’s a fit, we move fast on an offer.
