Polaris Ops is looking for a GTM Engineer who can help design, build, automate, and improve the systems that support modern revenue teams.

This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, CRM, data, automation, AI enabled workflows, sales technology, marketing operations, and customer lifecycle systems. The right person will be technical enough to build and automate, commercial enough to understand the revenue process, and structured enough to deliver in client facing environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience across Salesforce, HubSpot, workflow automation, integrations, enrichment, routing, reporting, and GTM process design. This person should be comfortable turning messy operational problems into cleaner workflows, better data, and more scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and improve GTM workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and operations
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and related RevTech systems
  • Design and implement automation across lead management, routing, enrichment, lifecycle stages, pipeline movement, handoffs, notifications, reporting, and task creation
  • Build integrations between CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, analytics, and productivity tools
  • Use tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, scripts, or native platform automation to improve operational efficiency
  • Support RevOps projects across data hygiene, reporting, attribution, funnel visibility, territory logic, account management, and pipeline process
  • Help clients simplify broken workflows and remove manual operational drag
  • Work with architects and project leads to translate business problems into technical workflows
  • Build dashboards, reports, and operational views that help teams understand performance and act faster
  • Support testing, documentation, rollout, training, and adoption of new GTM processes
  • Communicate updates, blockers, actions, and recommendations clearly in Slack, Google Docs, and project trackers
  • Help Polaris Ops create reusable automation patterns, GTM playbooks, and delivery assets

Required Experience

  • Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations
  • Experience with workflow automation, integrations, APIs, data flows, and operational tooling
  • Comfortable with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Chili Piper, LeanData, or similar platforms
  • Ability to map a business process and convert it into a cleaner technical workflow
  • Strong data skills, including field mapping, deduplication, segmentation, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to build practical solutions quickly while keeping governance and scalability in mind
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills

Valuable Additional Experience

  • Experience with AI enabled GTM workflows
  • Experience with enrichment, outbound systems, lifecycle automation, lead routing, attribution, or account based motions
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, Python, APIs, webhooks, or lightweight app development
  • Experience supporting SaaS, B2B, RevOps, marketing operations, partner operations, or sales operations teams
  • Experience building internal tools, operational dashboards, or automated workflow systems
  • Experience working in consulting or client delivery environments

Soft Skills and Working Style

  • Curious and commercially minded
  • Strong communicator who can explain workflow logic clearly
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and messy systems
  • Practical builder mindset
  • Strong project management habits
  • Able to prioritize business impact over shiny tool usage
  • Comfortable working in Slack, Google Workspace, CRM systems, automation tools, and project trackers
  • Able to work with technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Willing to challenge inefficient processes and suggest better ways of working

Success In This Role Looks Like

  • GTM teams spend less time on manual admin and more time selling, serving, and growing accounts
  • Systems become cleaner, faster, and easier to manage
  • Data flows improve across the revenue stack
  • Automations are useful, documented, and trusted
  • Clients feel Polaris Ops understands both the technology and the commercial reality
  • Polaris Ops can deliver smarter GTM systems with more speed and repeatability
