Polaris Ops is looking for a Junior Architect and Senior Developer who can support technical solution design while also building high quality full stack solutions across CRM, GTM, and operational systems.
This role is ideal for someone who is already a strong developer and is ready to grow further into solution architecture. The right person will be hands on, detail focused, commercially aware, and able to work closely with senior architects, project leads, and client teams.
The role requires strong Salesforce development knowledge, full stack capability, and the ability to understand business requirements rather than simply build from tickets. The ideal candidate can ask good questions, spot delivery risks, communicate clearly, and produce work that is reliable, maintainable, and easy to support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support Salesforce solutions across configuration, automation, Apex, Lightning components, integrations, data models, permissions, and reporting
- Develop full stack solutions where needed, including front end, back end, API, integration, and workflow components
- Support senior architects in solution design, technical planning, estimation, documentation, and delivery decisions
- Translate requirements into clear technical tasks, build plans, and implementation steps
- Review existing Salesforce or HubSpot setups and identify improvement opportunities, technical debt, and delivery risks
- Build integrations between CRM, marketing, sales, service, finance, data, and operational platforms
- Participate in discovery calls, technical workshops, internal planning sessions, and client updates
- Support testing, debugging, deployment, release management, and post launch support
- Produce clear documentation for configuration, code, integration logic, data flows, and support processes
- Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, admins, and client stakeholders
- Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and dependencies clearly in Slack, Google Docs, and project trackers
- Help Polaris Ops improve reusable delivery templates, technical standards, and build patterns
Required Experience
- Strong Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, validation rules, permission sets, data models, and reporting
- Full stack development experience across front end, back end, APIs, databases, or cloud based applications
- Experience working with integrations and third party platforms
- Ability to read business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions
- Good understanding of CRM processes across sales, service, marketing, operations, and customer handoff
- Experience working in agile or structured delivery environments
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
- Ability to document technical work clearly for both technical and non technical audiences
Valuable Additional Experience
- HubSpot development or HubSpot operations experience
- Experience with JavaScript, Node, React, Python, SQL, REST APIs, middleware, or cloud services
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with DevOps, version control, release management, testing frameworks, and sandbox strategy
- Experience with RevOps tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, Clari, or similar platforms
- Experience in consulting, SaaS, startups, or fast moving delivery environments
Soft Skills and Working Style
- Strong communicator who can explain technical topics clearly
- Comfortable asking questions when requirements are unclear
- Able to manage work independently while staying aligned with the wider team
- Delivery focused and practical
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in Slack, Google Workspace, shared documentation, and project tracking tools
- Able to balance speed, quality, and maintainability
- Willing to challenge weak requirements or risky assumptions in a constructive way
- Eager to grow from senior developer into stronger architectural responsibility
Success In This Role Looks Like
- Technical work is delivered cleanly, on time, and with strong documentation
- Senior architects trust your judgement and rely on your technical input
- Clients and internal teams get clear updates and fewer surprises
- Builds are scalable, testable, and easy to maintain
- You help Polaris Ops move faster without sacrificing delivery quality
