Polaris Ops is looking for a senior SFDC and Enterprise Architect who can lead complex CRM, RevOps, and GTM systems projects from discovery through design, delivery, adoption, and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong business understanding, project management discipline, and confident client communication. The right person will be able to sit with senior stakeholders, understand business goals, translate them into scalable system design, and guide delivery teams through successful implementation.

This is not a pure technical architecture role. It requires someone who can connect business process, technology, data, people, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, HubSpot, integrations, reporting, governance, and operational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with business, revenue, operations, sales, service, and technical stakeholders
  • Translate business goals into clear architecture, delivery plans, and system requirements
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, reporting, automation, permissions, data models, and integrations
  • Advise clients on HubSpot architecture, CRM alignment, lifecycle design, pipeline management, marketing operations, and customer handoff processes
  • Create solution design documents, process maps, architecture notes, project plans, and executive ready recommendations
  • Own the bridge between strategy, technical design, implementation, testing, training, and adoption
  • Lead or support project management across scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, decisions, and client communication
  • Work closely with developers, admins, consultants, GTM leaders, and client teams to ensure clean execution
  • Review existing Salesforce and HubSpot setups and identify technical debt, process gaps, data issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Support delivery quality through testing plans, user acceptance testing, release planning, documentation, and enablement
  • Communicate confidently in Slack, Google Workspace, client meetings, project trackers, and written updates
  • Help Polaris Ops build repeatable delivery assets, templates, playbooks, and best practice frameworks

Required Experience

  • Strong Salesforce experience, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with HubSpot across CRM, marketing, sales, automation, reporting, and lifecycle management
  • Background in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, RevOps architecture, or senior Salesforce consulting
  • Experience leading discovery, solution design, project delivery, stakeholder management, and business process mapping
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, object relationships, permissions, automation, reporting, integrations, and governance
  • Ability to design solutions that are scalable, simple, usable, and aligned to business outcomes
  • Experience working with executives, department leaders, technical teams, and operational users
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and turning messy requirements into clear plans
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills

  • Experience with quote to cash, customer success operations, partner operations, marketing operations, or GTM systems
  • Experience with tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, LeanData, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Clari, Tableau, Looker, or similar RevTech platforms
  • Experience with data migration, system consolidation, process redesign, or CRM cleanup projects
  • Experience working in consulting, agencies, startups, SaaS, or growth stage businesses
