- Complete development tasks assigned by architects, senior developers, or project leads
- Test work carefully before handing it over for review
- Fix bugs, investigate issues, and document findings clearly
- Support data cleanup, data migration, imports, exports, and validation tasks
- Help prepare user acceptance testing notes, release notes, and technical documentation
- Communicate progress and blockers in Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and project trackers
- Join internal planning calls and client meetings when needed
- Learn Polaris Ops delivery standards, templates, and technical practices
Required Experience
- Experience with Salesforce administration or development
- Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, permissions, reports, dashboards, and basic automation
- Basic experience with coding, scripting, APIs, or web development
- Ability to follow technical instructions and ask clarifying questions
- Comfortable testing work and documenting what has been built
- Good understanding of CRM concepts such as leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, activities, pipelines, and users
- Ability to work in a structured delivery environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Valuable Additional Experience
- Apex or Lightning Web Components experience
- HubSpot experience
- JavaScript, SQL, Python, Node, React, or API experience
- Salesforce certifications or Trailhead progress
- Experience with Git, deployment tools, sandbox testing, or release management
- Experience with data imports, exports, deduplication, or migration support
- Experience supporting sales, service, marketing, or operations systems
Soft Skills and Working Style
- Reliable and responsive
- Clear written communicator
- Comfortable working through Slack and Google Workspace
- Willing to ask questions early rather than guess
- Detail focused and careful with client systems
- Able to follow process and work from structured tasks
- Takes feedback well and improves quickly
- Understands that delivery quality matters as much as technical ability
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working with deadlines

- Assigned tasks are completed clearly, carefully, and on time
- Bugs and blockers are raised early
- Documentation is accurate and useful
- Senior team members trust your work and your updates
