About us
Polaris is an AI-First RevOps consultancy. We equip companies to drive maximum efficiency in their current processes while augmenting with vetted AI solutions in scalable and repeatable ways.
Our Why
GTM is hard. Staying ahead of AI makes it even harder.
You can’t afford guesswork.
You need a true north.
A team that’s navigated complexity before and knows how to chart the course. We’ve built and scaled revenue systems for leading brands, from early-stage chaos to enterprise alike.
RevOps isn’t just tools and dashboards. It’s the alignment of Sales, Marketing, and CS into a single, scalable revenue engine. Problem is, real operators are rare. Great ones? Expensive and often incomplete. A full-time RevOps hire can cost $250K+ and still leave you exposed.
That’s where we come in.
At Polaris, we embed with your team to drive clarity and momentum. We dig deep. From exec priorities to frontline processes, we build systems that evolve with you.
Strategy. Execution. Enablement.
We bring a full crew of specialists to get it done right and keep it that way.
Forget the unicorn.
You need a constellation.
Our Founder
Cliff Simon has spent nearly two decades building and scaling revenue engines, from Fortune 20 enterprises to venture-backed startups navigating the chaos of hyper-growth. He specializes in GTM strategy, revenue operations architecture, and fractional leadership for SaaS companies that need operator-grade execution.
Cliff Simon, Founder & CEO
HubSpot recognized him as a 2024 Modern Sales Leader, Pavilion named him a Top 50 CRO to Watch, and the GTM Leadership Awards named him a top 40 operator. Before founding Polaris, Cliff served as CRO of Carabiner Group, where he led the company’s rapid expansion and successful acquisition by SBI in mid-2024.
Today, Cliff advises and serves as fractional executive for multiple high-growth startups, bringing deep expertise in GTM orchestration, RevOps systems design, and AI-ready infrastructure.
Cliff is a revenue architect who believes the best systems are built by people who’ve actually run them, not theorized about them.
Ask him about…hockey, the Netherlands, travel that’s gone sideways, and why most AI implementations fail before they start.
